The purpose of this course is to better equip you in your professional activities as an Insurance Agent or Insurance Adjuster.

Welcome to the Claim Evaluations Legal brief continuing education course. In this course the student will study Claim Evaluations; the assessment of “the facts” pertaining to a loss and the interplay of coverages, policy language, and the law to determine a fair offer in accordance with the policy’s coverage and language and the controlling law. This course also includes information on claim’s fraud detection and prevention. The general focus of this course is on the Evaluation aspect of claims handling. Interesting case law is presented to support the concepts discussed in the course.
