This course reviews the Law of Pleadings. Civil cases vary in nature, but they all have similar pleadings and motions. In this course the student will study some of the most common pleadings and motions in any civil trial or case: complaint, answer, counterclaim, cross claim, pre trail motions, and post trial motions.
