If you require a refund please email our offices to put us on formal notice at: [email protected]. Our refund policy is to refund 100% of your registration  if we are put on formal notice within fourteen (14) days of your course registration. Failure to login, start, or finish the course does not make a student eligible for a refund. You do not have to have a specific reason for a refund BUT you must put us on formal written notice within fourteen (14) days of your course registration.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Failure to pass quizzes, final exam or any other in-course assessment requirements within the allotted attempts (per course guidelines).
• Courses which have been completed; and/or Courses for which pre-licensing or continuing education hours have been reported your State.
• Failure to pass identity validation requirements (including security questions or any other required methods, per course guidelines).
