Refund Policy

Thank you for the trust you have placed in the American Insurance College with your Pre-Licensing, Exam Prep, and Continuing Education needs. We take that trust very seriously and it is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please feel free to reach out to us at any time to discuss any difficulties you are having.

If you require a refund please email our offices to put us on formal notice at: info@americaninsurancecollege.com. Our refund policy is to refund 100% of your registration  if we are put on formal notice within fourteen (14) days of your course registration. Failure to login, start, or finish the course does not make a student eligible for a refund. You do not have to have a specific reason for a refund BUT you must put us on formal written notice within fourteen (14) days of your course registration.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to pass quizzes, final exam or any other in-course assessment requirements within the allotted attempts (per course guidelines).
  • Courses which have been completed; and/or Courses for which pre-licensing or continuing education hours have been reported your State.
  • Failure to pass identity validation requirements (including security questions or any other required methods, per course guidelines).
