2024 Property & Casualty Law and Ethics Update
The purpose of this course is to better equip you in your professional activities as a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent or Customer Representative and of course to meet your continuing education requirement for your 4-Hour Law and Ethics CE Course.
This course meets Florida’s 4-Hour Adjuster Law and Ethics Update requirement. for Agents and Customer Representatives. In this Course you will review Ethics, Fiduciary Responsibilities, and The Law. You will also study the Rights and Responsibilities of Insurance Companies. Recent law changes are discussed as are some proposed legislation. The course concludes with a module on recent regulatory actions taken by the Department of Financial Services.
