Florida State Licensing Requirements
6-20 All-Lines Adjuster License
- Be a natural person at least 18 years of age.
- Be a resident of the state of Florida.
- Be a United States citizen or legal alien.
- Complete an online application for License and submit appropriate fees.
- Be fingerprinted at one of the Department's fingerprint sites.
3-20 Residents Public Adjuster License
- Maintain your Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster
- License for six months with an active appointment.
- Complete the 3-20 Resident Public Adjuster License application.
- File a fifty thousand-dollar ($50,000) Public Adjuster Surety Bond.
- Pass the 3-20 Resident Public Adjuster license exam.
